Everything but The... highly recommend it.
But now I feel fat and disgusting.
Not sure what's going on with me lately. I ate a huge breakfast, a decent lunch, B&J after lunch, and a big dinner. Last night I had a package of coconut M&Ms while making dinner. I'm not pregnant or pmsing, but can NOT stop stuffing my face with horrible food.
Maybe it's time to restart weight watchers? I'm not over weight, and I cook healthy meals, it's just the snacking I can't seem to control.
Anyone out there in the blog world have advice?

I get like that sometimes. I find that if I chew a piece of gum when I start to get hungry I won't eat a snack. Or brush your teeth when you start to feel like you need a snack. I never want to eat right after I brush my teeth.

Hang in there! I became like that this past year after Olivia was born. I didn't even eat that many sweets before, but I began to crave carbs and sugar to the point it was ridiculous. I just recently quit cold turkey - fasting from sugar while Rafe is deployed. I am SO looking forward to him coming back in march so I can eat chocolate again!

I am addicted to B&J's Flourless Chocolate Cake Ice Cream. I can't have gluten. so thi sis perfect for me. I hope you enjoyed your day out!
